Layla van Neck

Layla van Neck is a seasoned HR professional with a diverse background in compensation and benefits management, having served as a Compensation & Benefits Officer and in various HR roles at Fugro since June 2021. Prior to Fugro, Layla held positions at Vroon as an HR Administrator and Department Assistant, focusing on data management and administrative support within HR modules.
