Monique van Pul

Monique Van Pul is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Regional HR Business Partner Marine (MSC) for Europe-Africa at Fugro since August 2023. Prior to this role, Monique held the position of HR Manager for Global Operations Pool at Van Oord, where responsibilities included organizational design and alignment of business and workforce needs. From 2012 to 2022, Monique was with Stolt-Nielsen Limited as the Global Manager for Organisation Development & Learning and also served at the HR Director level as the Global HR Business Partner for the Stolt Tank Container division. Previous experience includes HR advisory and management roles at Wärtsilä, Heerema Fabrication Group, and Vedior, alongside a foundation in accounting with BDO CampsObers. Monique's educational background features executive programs in leadership and change from IMD and Rotterdam School of Management, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Inholland University.
