Pål Berg

Pål Berg is currently the Country Manager at Fugro, where they oversee HR operations in the Europe-Africa region, managing a team responsible for approximately 3,300 employees. Pål previously held various HR roles at Schlumberger, including HR Director for the UK, Holland, Denmark, and Norway, where they managed a large HR organization and led significant change management initiatives. Pål's international career spans time spent in the USA, UK, and Norway, with a strong focus on employee motivation, talent management, and HR information systems. They earned a Master of Science degree from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
