Paul Roach

Paul Roach has extensive experience in geotechnical drilling and project management, currently serving as Nearshore Manager at Fugro since February 2012, overseeing the modular Jack Up and nearshore drilling business unit across Europe and beyond. In previous roles at Fugro, Paul has held positions such as Solution Owner and Global Product Owner, focusing on the development of site characterization data acquisition tools, and Regional Service Line Manager, where responsibility spanned the Middle East, Sub-continent, and East Africa. Paul has managed both onshore and nearshore geotechnical drilling operations across the Middle East and East Africa. Prior to Fugro, experience includes serving as Senior Tunnel Engineer and Tunnel and Shaft Engineer at Costain and as Assistant Driller at WT. Paul began the career as a laborer on various building sites after completing a BSc in Risk Management from Cardiff University.
