Peter Aarts

Peter Aarts serves as the Global Key Account Manager at Fugro since June 2018, where responsibilities include managing relationships with major global accounts and networking across the companies. Aarts previously held the position of Director Marine Geophysics for Europe & Africa, overseeing regional strategy and managing a fleet of vessels. Earlier roles at Fugro included Managing Director of Fugro Survey Pte Ltd and Fugro Survey Africa (Pty) Ltd, where significant growth was achieved in operations and revenue. Aarts has also contributed to Airborne Oil & Gas as Business Development Manager for Africa, and has a robust background in sales, tendering, and survey operations dating back to the mid-1990s. Aarts holds a BSc in Hydrography from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
