Robert van de Poll

Robert van de Poll is a Global Director of Law of the Sea at Fugro, where they oversee all global activities related to this field across 162 countries. They have been a Visiting Fellow at the University of Malta since 2014 and a Guest Course Lecturer at the University of Southern Mississippi since 2020. Prior to their current role, Robert was the Global Manager for Law of the Sea at Fugro from 2006 to 2019 and worked as a GIS Specialist at Teledyne CARIS from 1991 to 2006. Robert holds an MSc in Geodesy & Geomatics from the University of New Brunswick and a BSc in Earth Science from Memorial University of Newfoundland.
