Seth Carson

Seth Carson is a Regional Compensation Analyst at Fugro, responsible for administering annual compensation programs for the Americas Region, including merit pay and incentive programs. Previously, Seth served as an Equity Compensation Analyst at Brookfield Asset Management, managing global equity compensation plans and overseeing audit processes. Prior experience includes a role as a Human Resources Analyst at VHA Home HealthCare, where Seth developed tools to automate HRIS auditing and coordinated COVID-19 vaccination efforts for over 2000 individuals.
