Sid Batra

Sid Batra is a Project Manager at Fugro since May 2017, overseeing annual Pavement Data Collection campaigns across Canada and the USA while managing project financial health and team collaboration. With previous experience managing geotechnical investigation projects with budgets up to 15 million USD, Sid has effectively de-risked infrastructure projects through comprehensive testing and reporting. Prior roles include Structural Engineer at Heerema Marine Contractors, focusing on offshore energy platforms, and a Summer Trainee at Delhi Metro Rail Corporation and NTPC, where Sid gained invaluable skills in civil engineering and construction processes. A Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering was earned from the National University of Singapore, following high school education in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics at Springdales School.
