Tina Murray

Tina Murray (MCIPD) serves as the Regional HR Business Partner for Europe & Africa at Fugro since October 2023, focusing on the MAI business line and Aberdeen Hub. Prior experience includes a tenure at TAQA GLOBAL from April 2012 to October 2023 as a Senior HR Business Partner, delivering strategic and operational HR support across onshore and offshore operations, and managing various HR functions. Previously, Tina held the role of HR Advisor at Oceaneering, HR Business Partner at Baker Hughes, and Group HR Coordinator at Craig Group Ltd. Early in the career, positions included Contracts & Procurement Assistant at Canadian Natural Resources Limited and various roles during a gap year at Eni. Tina holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Robert Gordon University and a MA (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Aberdeen.
