Tom Kress

Tom Kress is an experienced professional in the field of engineering and project management, currently serving as the Global Aviation Risk Manager at Fugro since April 2009. In this role, Tom oversees aerial data acquisition and analysis services, contributing to high-accuracy mapping projects. Previously, Tom managed the In-Service Support Project for the Royal Australian Navy, focusing on Hydrographic Airborne Lidar Bathymetry systems. Prior to Fugro, Tom worked at Xtralis Pty Ltd as Development Manager and Hardware Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included delivering market-relevant products and managing hardware engineering initiatives. Tom holds an Associate's degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from the University of South Australia.
