Tom Mathisen

Tom Mathisen is an accomplished commercial leader with extensive experience in the satellite and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the Commercial Manager for Satellite Positioning at Fugro since October 2025, Tom drives international sales and business development efforts. Prior positions include Business Development Director at Kongsberg Satellite Services, where Tom supported strategic initiatives across the APAC region, and Commercial Director at NSSLGlobal, overseeing global sales and marketing for SnapTV and SatLink brands. Tom also has a background in sales management and consultative sales from previous roles in organizations such as TDC AS, Umoe IKT, and Axiti ASA. Educational achievements include degrees from BI Norwegian Business School and Mercuri Business School.
