Tom Murphy

Tom Murphy is a seasoned geospatial and digital media specialist with extensive experience in LiDAR analysis and graphic design. Currently serving as a Senior Geospatial Analyst at Fugro since April 2024, Tom previously worked as a LiDAR Analyst and Geospatial Analyst III at Dewberry, where significant contributions included developing advanced surface classification workflows. Tom's career also includes leadership roles at Pickett and Associates, Inc. as a Senior LiDAR Analyst and QC Lead, and earlier positions in web design and SEO at companies such as Aerial Cartographics of America Inc. and freelance graphic design activities. Tom holds an Associate of Science degree in Web Design from Polk State College and has a background in digital imaging and graphic design from various institutions.
