Vicky O'Neill is a seasoned professional in talent and leadership development, currently serving as the Talent & Leadership Development Manager for Fugro since September 2022. Prior to this role, Vicky held various positions at AECOM from January 2008 to September 2022, including Manager of Talent Management, where the focus was on managing talent development initiatives for a 3,200-employee base in the Middle East, and overseeing a Graduate Program with more than 70 participants per cohort. Vicky is pursuing a Master of Science in Global HRM from the University of Portsmouth, expected to be completed in July 2024, and has attained CIPD Qualifications from CTI Training Institute in 2016.
