Ward K. is an Engineering Superintendent at Fugro, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, Ward worked as a Project Engineer in Systems Projects at Vattenfall from 2021 to 2023, and held various engineering roles including Assistant R&D Engineer at Allseas in 2017 and Assistant Construction Engineer at SeaState5 from 2015 to 2016. Ward co-founded SafeRails BV, a tech start-up focused on enhancing safety in urban cycling, which won recognition in ‘The Hague Innovators contest.’ They completed their Master of Science in Offshore & Dredging Engineering at Technische Universiteit Delft in 2018, following a Bachelor of Science in Werktuigbouwkunde from Delft University of Technology.
