Wayne Reynolds

Wayne Reynolds is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical training, project management, and hydrographic surveying. As the Global Technical Training Manager at Fugro since February 2003, Wayne has played a pivotal role in expanding Fugro Academy and coordinating technical training courses across various disciplines. Previous positions at Fugro include Tender Coordinator, where Wayne managed tender processes, and Senior Hydrographic Technical Trainer, developing and delivering training programs globally. Wayne co-founded and directed The Assistant Stationers, successfully growing the company and achieving a profitable sale. Earlier experiences include roles with Umvoto Africa Pty Ltd, Racal Survey, and the South African Navy, where Wayne developed expertise in hydrographic surveying and management. Educational qualifications include a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, a Diploma in Supervisory Management, and specialized hydrographic surveying training from the Royal Naval Hydrographic School.
