Yi Xie is a Principal Geotechnical Engineer with extensive experience in geotechnical engineering. Currently employed at Fugro since March 2013, Yi has transitioned from a Senior Geotechnical Engineer and has contributed to significant projects in Hong Kong and the Asian region, including site investigations for reclamation work in Israel Port. Prior to Fugro, Yi worked at WorleyParsons and Cathie Associates, specializing in offshore geotechnical engineering for energy industries. Yi began a career in the oil and gas sector as a Research Engineer at the National University of Singapore, following a background in property appraisal at Pan-China Certified Public Accountants. Yi holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Zhejiang University.
