Alan Barr possesses extensive experience in project and operations management, specifically in the IT and communications sectors. Initial roles included Technician and Sales Advisor at PC World, progressing to Assistant Manager and Deputy Manager positions. Alan demonstrated operational leadership as Operations Manager at Yankee Scotland, overseeing multi-site operations and spearheading IT infrastructure projects. Transitioning to roles at NG Bailey as Project Coordinator and later Project Manager, responsibilities included collaborating on data communications and electrical safety testing projects for the MOD. Subsequent positions at Fujitsu as Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Program Manager further solidified expertise in project management. Alan holds a BEng Hons in Electrical Engineering from The University of Glasgow and multiple PRINCE2 certifications.
