Ana Frade

Ana Frade is a Global Learning and Development Specialist at Fujitsu, with over 17 years of experience in curricular development, training evaluation, and continuous improvement of training processes. They have led multicultural teams for more than 8 years, focusing on performance metrics and quality initiatives. Ana holds a PhD in Educational Psychology, a Master's degree in Education Sciences, and a Licentiate degree in Educational Administration, all from Universidade de Lisboa. Previously, they have served as a Training Coordinator and Trainer at Teleperformance Portugal, and as Head of the Evaluation Office at the Portuguese Navy.
