Bec Barrett

Bec Barrett is a seasoned professional in human resources and advisory roles, currently serving as Practice Manager - People Experience Advisory at Fujitsu since September 2025. Prior to this, Bec held various positions at Enable, a Fujitsu company, including Principal Consultant - Advisory and Lead Consultant from January 2022 to October 2025. Bec's experience with Energy Queensland from January 2016 to January 2022 includes roles such as HR Business Partner and HR Project Lead - ServiceNow HRSD, among others. Earlier, from January 2006 to 2016, Bec worked at Ergon Energy in multiple HR-related capacities. Bec holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Commerce from the University of Southern Queensland, completed between 2001 and 2004.
