In 2012, they transitioned to Lusopaladar as an IT manager, where they managed IT infrastructure and operational responsibilities within a global organization. In 2018, Bruno joined Fujitsu, starting as a customer service representative and advancing to the role of Technical Service Engineer focused on Office 365 and M365 solutions.
