Catheryn Perry has a diverse background in executive recruiting, beginning with a role as Senior Recruiter at KPMG from 1999 to 2002, where valuable professional relationships were formed. Following this, Catheryn served as Director of Accounting and Finance Recruiting at The Corban Group from 2002 to 2005, during which important skills in executive recruiting were developed. After a brief tenure as Principal at In Balance Partners in 2005-2006, Catheryn returned to The Corban Group as a Client Partner from 2007 to 2010. At EY from 2010 to 2019, Catheryn was part of the Executive Search Team, fostering trusted connections with professionals globally.
