They previously led Workplace Technology teams and contributed significantly to bids and designs for Enterprise Management solutions. With a solid academic foundation from Sheffield Hallam University, where they earned a BSc (Hons) in Computing, they have been recognized as a mentor and coach, known for their extensive communication skills and technical expertise in systems management and database administration.
