Derek Galipeau

Derek Galipeau is an analytical and driven leader with 20 years of progressive experience in enterprise ITSM. They served as the General Manager and Shareholder at The Purple Onion Jazz Cabaret, where they led the startup, improved marketing strategies, and managed business operations. Derek has also held positions such as Service Delivery Manager at Fujitsu, Technology Services Project Manager at the Educational Computing Network of Ontario, and Manager of Technical Services and Support at the District School Board of Niagara, successfully transitioning ITSM to a remote format during the COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, Derek is pursuing a degree in Business/Commerce at The University of British Columbia.
