Dorota Siech

Dorota Siech has extensive experience in finance and team management, having held various positions across several companies. At Infosys Poland, Dorota served as OTC Senior Team Lead, managing a team of 17 and ensuring performance aligned with KPIs and client standards. Previous roles included Accounting Associate and Analyst at Conduent, where Dorota maintained account records and resolved vendor queries, as well as Team Leader for AP and T&E Service Desk. At Xerox, Dorota also worked as an Accounting Associate and Customer Service Agent. Currently, Dorota is the Back Office Finance Team Leader at Fujitsu, with a background that includes an Internal Audit Manager role. Dorota holds a Master's degree in German Philology and a postgraduate degree in Management Accounting/Controlling from Uniwersytet Łódzki.
