Ermal Çaçani

Ermal Çaçani is a Fujitsu Distinguished Engineer and currently serves as the Digital Experience (DEX) and Microsoft Evergreen Product Manager at Fujitsu. With experience as a Service Manager in the information technology and services industry, Ermal has demonstrated skills in service delivery and operations management, team leadership, and project management. They previously held various roles at Fujitsu, including Project Manager and Technical Team Manager, where they managed complex IT service transitions and multiple technical teams. Ermal holds a degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from the Technical University of Lodz.
