Gerald McHugh

Gerald McHugh currently serves as the Director of Strategic Innovation at Fujitsu, where involvement includes being a member of the UK Defence & National Security Senior Leadership Team. Additionally, McHugh holds the position of Non-Executive Director at Learning Academies Trust, overseeing governance responsibilities related to standards, strategic direction, policy, and financial management. Previously, McHugh spent nearly a decade at Babcock International Group, progressing through various roles, ultimately leading a £70m P&L and managing a £300m business while focusing on growth strategies and employee engagement.
