Léonie Caplot

Léonie Caplot is currently serving as the Regional Change Lead Europe at Fujitsu, where they lead the implementation and change management strategy for the OnePeople programme across the region. Previously, they were an HR Director and HR Business Partner at Fujitsu France, overseeing key HR processes and managing employee relations. Léonie began their career as an HR Apprentice at AREVA and has held various HR project management roles within Fujitsu since then. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Sciences Po Paris and a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Sciences Po Paris.
