Marko Radović currently serves as the Head of GDC Poland at Fujitsu, leading the Global Delivery Centre to exceed client expectations and fostering a respectful workplace culture. Previously, Marko held the role of Service Management & Service Desk Head (UK&I) at Fujitsu, focusing on delivery excellence and strategic implementation across Service Lines. As the Founder of Sparkle Learning Solutions, Marko emphasized knowledge sharing and the creation of educational materials for professional development. Marko’s extensive experience includes positions at IBM Global Services Delivery Centre, Linkom-PC, NIL Data Communications d.o.o., Comutel, Fabasoft, and MDS, encompassing roles from Department Manager to Customer Support Engineer. Marko holds an MSc in Automatic Control from the University of Belgrade and has additional educational qualifications in German language and IT.
