Neil Blake

Neil Blake has extensive experience in project and portfolio management, currently serving as a Delivery Executive and Portfolio Lead at Fujitsu since June 2013. In this role, Neil manages a team of 40-50 resources and leads the delivery of multiple projects, fostering relationships with key customer stakeholders to meet business objectives and drive new opportunities. Previously, Neil held positions as Programme Lead, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Project Leader, overseeing significant projects, including a £8 million Oracle HR/Payroll Cloud Solution go-live and a £45 million Technology Refresh program for public sector clients. Prior experience at Hewlett-Packard involved managing a £20 million portfolio in the defence sector. Neil holds a BSc in Information Management from UCL, completed in 2007.
