Oliver Robillo is an experienced I.T. consultant and bilingual project manager with a career spanning various roles since 2000. Oliver served as President/CEO of Adcom Virtual Enterprises, Inc., where a creative design outfit was developed. As an Executive Director for the Association of Solution Integrators in Davao, Inc., Oliver managed administrative functions and marketing support. In various freelance roles from 2004 to 2011, Oliver implemented content management systems for Japanese localization services and provided social media consulting. Oliver currently manages a bilingual team at Fujitsu Global, overseeing software-development content localization and team training. Additionally, Oliver has contributed as Chairman of the ICT Industry Cluster and has facilitated the Mindanao Bloggers community.
