Rob Devlen

Rob Devlen is an experienced leader in digital transformation and business consulting, currently serving as the Head of Consulting for Europe at Fujitsu since 2004. In this role, Rob leads Uvance Wayfinders Consulting, focusing on meaningful digital changes for organizations. Previously, Rob held positions such as Head of Strategy, where responsibilities included overseeing transformation and change programs, and Head of Business Consulting, leading a team of 200 consultants. Prior experience includes serving as Programme Director for the Gershon Efficiency Review at the Cabinet Office, Client Principal at Hewlett-Packard, and Business Manager at Oxford Instruments. Rob began a career in research as a Senior Researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Physics. Rob holds a PhD in Physics from Brown University, an MBA from the University of Bath, and a B.S. in Physics and Philosophy from Trinity College-Hartford.
