Romel Susada is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in language instruction, technical engineering, and project management. Romel served as a Japanese Language Instructor at Phil-Nippon Technical College from March 2016 to February 2018, teaching various levels of Japanese to students across the Philippines. Prior to that, Romel worked at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Shipbuilding Ltd. from January 2013 to January 2016 as a Welder, Pipe Fitter, and Japanese Interpreter, performing welding tasks and interpreting technical plans. At Fujitsu Development Center from February 2018 to September 2019, Romel acted as a Bridge System Engineer, facilitating communications for migration projects.
