Ryuji Ide

Ryuji Ide is an HR Manager in the Global Human Resources Unit at Fujitsu, bringing over 15 years of experience across various HR domains, including Business Partnering and Talent Management. Ryuji worked as an HR expat in London from 2013 to 2015, collaborating with business leaders and HR colleagues in multiple countries. Currently on a two-year secondment to the Cabinet Office in the Japanese government, Ryuji focuses on regulatory reforms in the agricultural industry. They are also pursuing a degree in Economics at the University of Tokyo.
