Sean Malone

Sean Malone has extensive experience in IT service management, particularly in leadership and technical roles. From February 2012 to December 2017, Sean served as First Line Support Team Leader at Kent County Council, overseeing the development of a team of 15 analysts and managing call quality metrics. During the same tenure, as ICT Service Continuity Officer, Sean implemented continuity plans to minimize service disruption during outages. Following this, Sean worked at Cantium Business Solutions from September 2018 to November 2022 as ServiceNow Delivery Lead, where responsibilities included the technical delivery of ServiceNow HR and CSM modules, requirement analysis, and platform configuration. Currently, Sean holds the position of ServiceNow Solutions Consultant at Fujitsu. Sean earned a Master of Arts in Artists' Film, Video, and Photography from the University for the Creative Arts in 2009.
