Sheetal Narlawar

Sheetal Narlawar is a Service Delivery Manager with over 13 years of diverse experience in service delivery, operations, and client relationship management. Previously, Sheetal worked as a Deputy Manager and Transition Manager at HCL Technologies, where responsibilities included project management, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication. Prior to that, Sheetal served as a Senior Lotus Domino Administrator at HSBC, overseeing server support for a vast user base. Currently, Sheetal is employed at Fujitsu, focusing on enhancing service delivery processes. Sheetal holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications from Jayawant Institute of Computer Applications.
