Simon Elmes

Simon Elmes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in bid management and digital enablement at Fujitsu since April 2009. Currently serving as the Head of Engagement for the Centre of Digital Enablement (CoDE), Simon leads a team focused on business engagement, solution development, and portfolio management for Fujitsu’s Digital, Data & Cloud and Intelligent Infrastructure Management Services in the UK. Previously held positions include Head of Bid Solutions for Networks & Telecoms and Head of (Bid Solution) SMEs for Networks & Infrastructure, where responsibilities included leading bid solution teams, engaging in pre-sales activities, and collaborating with sales channels to identify new business opportunities. Prior to joining Fujitsu, Simon accumulated over 14 years of experience in technical documentation and bid management roles at Fujitsu Telecommunications Europe Limited. Simon holds degrees from Sheffield Hallam University and the University of Plymouth.
