Simon Naylor

Simon Naylor is a Cyber Security professional with 18 years of technical experience, including 12 years in security roles. Currently serving as the Account SOC Lead at Fujitsu UK and Ireland, Simon has led a public-facing enterprise SOC that services approximately 180,000 users for the past six years. Simon consistently focuses on continuous service improvement, driving the development of a SOC from its inception to a mature service while managing a team of 16 SOC analysts. Prior to this, Simon held various positions at Fujitsu, including Information Security Analyst and Operational Security Manager, and served as an Electronics Technician in the Royal Air Force.
