Simone Sporle

Simone Sporle is an experienced leader in employee experience and learning, currently serving as the Head of Employee Experience, Global Learning and Skills at Fujitsu from April 2021 to May 2024. In this role, Simone focuses on developing skills for the future by integrating data, design thinking, and emerging technologies to create impactful experiences, underpinned by a commitment to lifelong learning. Prior positions include Director of Employee Engagement and Success for the APAC region, Head of Talent & Learning at Savv-e, and various roles at IBM and Commonwealth Bank, where responsibilities spanned internal communications, development strategy, and client solutions.
