Susan Young possesses a diverse professional background with extensive experience in customer service, technical support, and quality assurance. Starting as an On Air Personality and Music Director at MBS Radio, Susan transitioned to various roles in customer support and data entry at organizations such as D+H, j2 Global, Canada Revenue Agency, and HP, where responsibilities included troubleshooting, data processing, and resolving customer inquiries. As an Application Support Analyst at Export Development Canada and Business Applications Support at Brookfield Renewable, Susan honed skills in diagnostics and system issue resolution.
