Tanvi Pinge

Tanvi Pinge is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and leadership development, currently serving as Team Lead for Learning & Skills in the ASIA & APAC region at Fujitsu since February 2022. Prior to this role, Tanvi worked as a Human Resources Business Partner and Consultant at Droobismit, focusing on employer branding and leadership. Tanvi is also the founder of Elemenop, established to enhance learning experiences through workshops and team-building events, and held a variety of HR positions at DelphianLogic, including Associate Manager and HR Generalist. Early career experience includes an HR Assistant position at Abbott, where responsibilities included managing induction materials and overseeing HR tasks for management staff. Tanvi holds an M.B.A. in HR & Finance from Bharati Vidyapeeth and a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from Bhopal School of Social Sciences.
