Terry Lim has extensive experience in IT and operational management, beginning with a role as an IT Executive at Aviva from November 2006 to April 2008. Terry then transitioned to Weatherford, serving as Region IT Support Specialist and Regional IT Client Services Supervisor from April 2008 to December 2010. Following this, Terry worked at Allen & Gledhill LLP as IT Operation Manager (SG & MY) and Regional Operations Manager for the Asia Pacific region from July 2016 to December 2020. Currently, Terry is a Senior Operations Manager and Deputy Lead at Fujitsu since February 2025. Terry holds a First Class Honour BEng (Hons) degree in Computer Networking and Communications Technology from Coventry University, ranking in the top 10% of the cohort.
