Tom Scholes

Tom Scholes is a senior leader with a proven ability to drive impactful change, currently serving as the Head of Business Improvement at Fujitsu. With a Master of Engineering from Oxford University and a background in senior leadership from King’s College London, Tom has skillfully combined technical expertise with people management across various roles, including Team Leader and Digital Strategy Lead at Oxfordshire County Council. Tom also founded Grove Street Media Ltd., where they served as Managing Director for 13 years. As an advocate for data-driven decision making and cultural transformation, Tom's experience includes lecturing at Oxford Brookes University and engaging with the community as a Parent Governor at Cutteslowe Primary School.
