Tomasz Sędziński

Tomasz Sędziński is currently a software engineering manager at Fujitsu Poland, where they oversee engineering projects and lead teams. With fifteen years of experience in management, Sędziński previously served as a manager at Ericsson, focusing on product areas within LTE. From 2004 to 2015, they worked at Ericpol as a senior IT specialist, where they planned tests, integrated new modules into Continuous Integration environments, and managed teams as a Scrum and Kanban master. Sędziński has also held a department manager role at Ericsson Ericpol, where they motivated staff and maintained customer relations. They are pursuing a master’s degree in Computer Science at the University of Lodz.
