Vikalp S. has extensive experience in technology leadership, particularly in the areas of SaaS SCM and CRM practices. At Fujitsu Americas from December 2011 to February 2022, Vikalp served as Lead Technology Officer, where strategic leadership was provided through the development of technology roadmaps and the spearheading of digital transformation initiatives that enhanced CRM and SCM systems with AI solutions.
