Currently serving as the Regional Director for Fulbright Canada West and Senior Advisor to the President and CEO since December 2018, Robin has previously held significant positions including Executive Director of Social Innovation for the Government of British Columbia and Director of Research and Strategy at The MasterCard Foundation. Robin's expertise includes overseeing research initiatives at McGill University and managing policy research at Global Affairs Canada, where responsibilities encompassed advancing Canada’s international aid effectiveness and governance policies. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor’s degree from McGill University, complemented by a Master’s degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science.

The Foundation for Educational Exchange between Canada and the United States of America is a bi-national, treaty-based, non-governmental, not-for-profit organization which was established in 1990 with a mandate to identify the best and brightest minds in both countries and engage them in residential, academic, and professional exchange. The Foundation provides support to students, graduate students, scholars, teachers, and independent researchers through a variety of programs. Our programs include all fields of scholarship, and, with the exception of medical training, are open to everyone in the pure and applied sciences, in all areas of social science, and across the humanities.
