Our proprietary instrument suite — the Leadership Equilibrium Method™ — assesses four interdependent pillars: Business Mastery, Personal Evolution, Physical Vitality, and Purpose & Legacy. The resulting diagnostic (EQI™) quantifies where a company’s growth is compounding and where it’s quietly eroding.

Fulcrum & Co. is the formal brand of a practice he’s been running since 2013.
