Our mission is to end hunger in East Tennessee by providing free access to organically-grown produce in our underserved communities and the practical know-how to get it on the table. Close to 45,000 children in East Tennessee are food insecure, and according to a Vanderbilt University study, food insecurity grew by 30% in 2023 alone. We are working every day to develop organic farming practices that can scale to meet the needs of our underserved neighbors.
