James Mortensen

James Mortensen is an experienced technology professional with a diverse background in software development, project management, and training. Currently serving as the Head of Training Software Skills at FULL Creative since November 2014, James has led initiatives to enhance development practices and improve team workflows, particularly in the Chennai office. Prior roles include Senior Software Engineer at Synclio, where innovative communication solutions were developed, and Project Manager and Lead Generation at Adaptavant Technology, where James directed web-based software projects and coordinated cross-functional teams. Additional experience encompasses web development, technical consulting, and quality assurance, complemented by a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Wyoming and an Associate degree in Business Administration from Laramie County Community College. James began a distinguished career with a three-year enlistment in the US Army, specializing in artillery.
