Full Self Psychotherapy — Helping High‑Achieving People Heal, Grow, and Live Fully

At Full Self Psychotherapy, we provide trauma‑informed, culturally inclusive therapy for individuals in Washington, D.C., Virginia, and Maryland, as well as virtually for clients across the U.S. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, self‑criticism, ADHD, or the lingering impact of past experiences, our approach is designed to help you feel genuinely supported and empowered.

Our team blends evidence‑based and body‑mind‑centered modalities — including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) — to help clients move beyond patterns that feel overwhelming or stuck. This integrative approach not only addresses symptoms but also targets the root causes of distress, so you can build resilience, deepen self‑understanding, and create lasting change.
