Len Cabaltera

Len Cabaltera has a diverse work experience in the cycling industry. Len started their career in 1996 as an Assistant Product/Marketing Manager at Roadmaster Bicycles. Len then worked at Hayes Disc Brake as the Global Sales and Marketing Manager from 1996 to 2007. Following this, they joined Hayes Bicycle Group as the SR. OEM Sales Manager from 2007 to 2008. Len then moved on to become the Global Sales Manager at Hayes Bicycle Group, Div of HBPSI from 2008 to 2011. Len subsequently worked at Reynolds Cycling as the International Sales and Marketing Manager from 2011 to 2013. Len'smost recent position is at Full Speed Ahead, where they currently serve as the Director of OEM Sales since November 2013.

Len Cabaltera received a Bachelor of Science (BS) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside between 1985 and 1991. Len studied Labor Relations and Marketing during this time.
